My Favorite Brands as a 2023 Bride

Spread the love

Being a bride in the 2020’s can feel like a full-time job. And I’m not even talking about planning the actual wedding… I literally mean just being in your “bridal era.” There’s Pinterest and Instagram constantly bombarding you with new trends, and you have to weed through all of the wedding TikToks and reels to find the best ideas. Then there’s finding all the outfits and accessories for your bridal events. There’s the engagement party, bridal shower, and bachelorette weekend before you even get to the welcome party and rehearsal dinner and the honeymoon after. You’re outfitting yourself (if you so choose) to be a bride for an entire season—not just a day.

Where does one even start?

Don’t worry, I’ve got you. I’ve compiled a list of all my favorite bridal brands and links to them all.

These are mostly brands I loved “window shopping” and getting inspo from and some could be worth splurging for. I actually got most of my bridal attire from White House Black Market, Marshall’s, Amazon, and Etsy.

Quick Disclaimers: I am not currently involved in affiliate marketing with these brands and some I have not even bought from before. Listing them here does not imply any monetary compensation or endorsement on the quality or longevity of the products. I encourage you to do your own research beyond this post. Any referral link listed will detail what you and I each get if you use my referral link.

Event White Dresses

Untamed Petals – This was my favorite brand to follow for inspiration. I was obsessed with their style, although it was above my budget. I was able to find less expensive dupes on 12th Tribe, Etsy, and Amazon. If you’re looking for a second look for your reception, I’d highly recommend checking out their Party Dresses. My favorites that I didn’t buy are Blair and Frankie.

Show Me Your Mumu/ Mumu Weddings – They have so many great options for little white dresses as well as things for getting ready and for bridesmaids too. My favorite dress that I didn’t buy was the “Save the Date Blazer Dress.”

12th Tribe – Great options for your bachelorette weekend. I bought the Shira Silver Rhinestone Top and the Bow Down White Strapless Dress. I recommend going one size up.

Abercrombie – Since its rebrand, I’ve been loving the clothes Abercrombie has been coming out with. They have a “for the bride” section on their website now for all your white-fit needs.

Selfie Leslie – I haven’t bought from Selfie Leslie, but I get their ads all the time, and they have some really cute white mini dresses.

Few Moda – Another brand I haven’t tried, yet, I just appreciate their business model. Few Moda buys directly from manufacturers that supply brands like Reformation, Alice + Olivia, and Alexis which allows them to offer clothing at steep discounts. You’ll need a membership to shop ($10-$13) per month, but it’ll pay off quickly if you have a number of upcoming events to shop for.

David’s Bridal – I got my tea-length satin dress from David’s Bridal and wore it for the rehearsal dinner night.

Lulu’s – I wore this bow clip for nearly every bridal event leading up to the wedding. It was one of my favorite accessories and an Easter egg for my wedding day look – a pearl veil and dress with a bow!

White House Black Market – Part of the wedding giveaway we won was a shopping spree with a personal stylist at WHBM, Soma, and Chicos. I had so much fun at WHBM and found a dress for my bridal shower and the pantsuit I wore for the after party.

Marshalls – The first couple little white dresses in my wardrobe were from Marshalls. I wore them for saying yes to the dress and meeting with wedding vendors when I felt like dressing for the occasion. If you’re looking to save some money, Marshalls has great options!

Brands You Can Rent From

If you know you will only wear the outfit once, rental options may be what you want to go with. I got a lot of ads and looked into these brands, but I ultimately did not rent.

Betsey Johnson Shoes – I was obsessed with these rhinestone boots from Betsey Johnson. I wore them through multiple events, planning, and all day on the wedding day. They were the perfect height for me, and my feet were so much more comfortable in boots than in heels for dancing all night.
